The following three principles summarize my convictions and guide my actions: “thinking differently about Development”, “targeting sustainable positive Impact”, “using Innovations”. Several experiences in Togo in various research, audit and consulting firms have shaped my profile, including:
- Coordinator of the Central Region for the implementation of the World Poll Togo study (Project financed by the World Bank for the identification of priority development needs of populations and communities, particularly rural ones) within the Cabinet International CIBLE,
- Investigator and control agent, then analyst and team leader on behalf of the Cabinet KOLIM ASSOCIÉS (“Contrôle Physique des pensionnés de la caisse de retraite du Togo et traitement de leur fichier ” - financed by the IDA through the projet du Secteur Financier et Gouvernance PSFG du Togo)
In the civil society sector, other experiences within NGOs complete this professional career in Togo. First Organization Assistant in the NGO “« Environnement et Initiatives de Développement Durable EI2D » in Tsévié and then Assistant to the focal point at NGO PASYD/CRV Maritime Region also based in Tsévié.
My experiences in international cooperation were first carried out at Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bbw) gGmbH, a professional training organization of Bavarian employers where I piloted projects as international project manager in vocational orientation, TVET and as well as in partnership with the private sector (in Senegal, Tunisia, Vietnam, etc.).
Alongside these tasks, I also brought my expertise on the one hand as a trainer of trainers in design thinking, vocational orientation and TVET, entrepreneurship and innovation management and on the other hand as a consultant for analysis and identification of vocational qualification needs in renewable energies, particularly in Senegal.
Building on these diverse experiences and to take on other challenges while continuing to contribute to the economic and social development, particularly of the “global south”, I have been freelancing since the end of October 2022 and carry out consultancy and training activities in the fields of development cooperation/international cooperation, on questions of vocational orientation, TVET, in entrepreneurship and innovation, in project management and in supporting change processes.
Since then, I have been able to put my skills at the service of different Institutions, notably:
- Trainer and Coach on “ Initiation au design thinking, à l’élaboration et au management de projet en coopération international ” on behalf of the Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bbw) gGmbH (PartnerAfrika Projekt für berufliche Orientierung, Qualifizierungen und Integration in das Digitalisierungsökosystem im Senegal)
- Skills and curriculum development advisor for NIRAS IP (“Skills Initiative For Africa SIFA” Project in 8 African countries);
- Consultant in the organization of support of delegations and business trips to Germany for sequa (Project “Kompetenzausbau durch Kurzzeitmaßnahmen in der Exportförderung und im Bildungsbereich in Marokko ») ;
- Trainer for the Akademie für Internationale Zusammenarbeit AIZ of the GIZ at Campus Kottenforst in Bonn-Röttgen (training topic: Management in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit)
- Accompanying international delegations in Germany and Europe for GIZ (Internationale Delegationen)
- Consultant for the development of Projects on education, vocational training, the labor market, on behalf of GIZ (Project:KC 4B10 Bildung, Verufliche Bildung, Arbeitsmarkt)
Like my professional experiences, my academic career is just as diverse. I hold a Bachelor's degree in German literature studies from the University of Lomé, a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in political sociology and communication from the University of Lomé and a Master's degree in Management in Non-profit organizations of the University of Applied Sciences, Osnabrueck.
I also have several certificates from the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (including: Change Manager IHK, Innovation Manager IHK, Internal Quality Auditor IHK, Internal officer for Quality Management IHK) and from IT Academy Bayern (Certified Blended Learning Designer).
