The changes and dynamics observable in our different societies, the multiplicity and diversity of actors and factors (internal and external) as well as their interdependencies accentuate the complexity of societal challenges.
Resolving these requires a certain resilience and ability to adapt.
Some of the ways to build this resilience and adaptation are capacity building and coaching.
My experiences in this field have led me to explore and analyze the needs and expectations of stakeholders in order to better position the training action, choose coherent paths (pedagogical structure and progression, etc.) using various methods and moderation techniques (i.g. the interrogative method or problem situations, case study, mind map etc.) for more practice.
